Gary
Kaufman
Dr. Kaufman has his Ph.D. in
Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University
of Tennessee. From 1972 to 1987 he managed corporate
personnel research departments first for the Internal
Revenue Service in Washington, DC and then for J. C. Penney
in New York.
Dr. Kaufman is a
member of the American Psychological Association, Society
for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Society for
Human Resources Management, and the American Society for
Training and Development. He is a frequent public speaker
and has published numerous articles on management and human
resources. His most recent, "How to Fix HR," appeared in
Harvard Business Review in September 2006.
Charlie
Woodward
Since 2002, Charlie has headed up
the pre-employment skills testing program that we have for
entry level employees in public utilities. Charlie is also
responsible for recruiting and screening applicants for
clients in the automotive and textile rental
sectors.
Charlie has over thirty-five
years experience as human resources manager in the
industrial sector. He has been responsible for virtually
every Human Resources function including employee relations,
recruitment, selection, wage and salary administration,
benefits, safety and health, and employee
training.
Jon Hall 
Jon joined HRC as a Senior Consultant in 2009 after 30 years experience in multiple education leadership roles including HR director for Simpson County schools in Kentucky. He holds numerous certifications in Education along with certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources. He has a PhD from the University of Louisville for research on selection methods used in applicant screening for education.
Vicki McCarthy
Vicki joined HRC as a Senior Consultant in 2010. Her background includes 35 years in Information Technology. She held executive positions in both Financial Services and Health Care. She is a graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
